£500,001 and over from £900.00 plus VAT plus disbursements

 

Sales and Purchases (Leasehold)

These charges are as above with an additional charge of £150.00 plus VAT for the extra work required with regard to the lease element of the sale/purchase.

 

Re-mortgages

£0,000 - £250,000 from £350.00 plus VAT plus disbursements
£250,001 and over from £400.00 plus VAT plus disbursements

 

Transfer

With no mortgage from £300.00 plus VAT plus disbursements
With mortgage from £450.00 plus VAT plus disbursements

Disbursements

Disbursements for commercial transactions tend to be a little than those for residential conveyancing, set out above. Precise figures will be provided on a case by case basis.

 

New Leases

£500 plus 0.1% of the annual rent x number of years of the lease plus VAT plus disbursements.

 

How long will the process take?

Each transaction has a different timescale as these are dependent upon ID confirmation, satisfactory searches, mortgage applications and other parties who maybe in the chain of property transactions.

You will be consulted about the progress of your transaction along the way, so that you are kept fully informed and completion dates are convenient to yourself as well as other parties in the matter.
